Home Alone!!

So we have been in our home now for about 4 years, it’s not a humongous house at 3000 sq. ft. but seeing how we moved from a home that was half this size, it’s larger than we are use to. John and I were talking the other day and realized that since we have bought our home we really haven’t had it to ourselves since we moved in. We have had various family members move in for extended periods of time for various reasons. The most recent, my dad moved in with us last July to start a new job here in our town, mom stayed behind to sell their home in Southern Nevada and then after 3 long months of being apart couldn’t take it much longer and left their home in the Realtor’s hands (who happened to be my aunt Lori). In February they did sell their home, which was short of a miracle in this kind of Real Estate market. After spending a few months looking for a new home, they finally found it, just ½ mile down the road from our home and actually right in our old neighborhood, and luckily they’ll still be in our ward, mom’s our Food Storage Specialist and its been a great calling for her as well as myself, it helps keep me motivated. Anyway, they will be moving out of our home and into their new home in a couple of weeks and we just realized that it’s just going to be US. I’m sure the house will seem quite empty at first, but we will definitely have more room, now we can have the workout room/craft room all set up. I am looking forward to getting more organized, that’s for sure! I am so thankful for the room that we have in our home and for the time that we have had with our family members that have come and stayed with us, but it will definitely be nice to have just John, I and the kids around for awhile. That is until the next relative or friend comes and moves in. Any takers? Seriously, we love helping when we are able, our doors are always open. We have been blessed in so many ways and I can’t think of anyone better to share our time and home with then our wonderful family and friends! We Love you guys!
